| Great vintages have been stored underground in the town of Aranda de Duero since the Middle Ages in its more than 300 wineries. The construction of the cellars started in the 12th and 13 th century and continued for hundreds of years. Inside them, wine was conserved with a constant humidity and temperatures ranging from 11-14 ºC, making them an ideal place for winemaking. |

| The silent galleries, with their unique architectural features, such as passageways, vents and drains make them one of the largest and best preserved groups of medieval wine cellars still in existence today. They serve as an extraordinary testimony to the efforts with which they were built. |

| Este establecimiento gastronómico, con buen criterio comercial, nos permitió visitar esta bodega, que para alguien como yo, que "no tiene ni idea" del tema, no hice otra cosa que asombrarme de la existencia de "otros mundos"que están en éste. |
